Getting Setup

The program that we use to auto-dial our prospective clients is one of the best and easiest to use in the industry. We do want to give you some key information in the first video you watch. This will include how to navigate your training and why we do some of the things that we do. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to reach out to us and we will gladly help you. When you first get started your calls will be monitored until you have the script down and are talking with homeowners like its nothing. We even have the capability to talk with you while you are in a call and the homeowner not hear us. Pay close attention to the videos below and take plenty of notes.

Call Tools 

In this first video, you will see several of the program features. For example, you will see how to log in and use the auto dialer to make calls, set appointments, and set dispositions. If you have questions feel free to reach out. 

Setting Appointments

Now that you have seen the basic overview of Calltools we will get into how to set an appointment in further detail. Once you have spoken to a homeowner and they have agreed to let us inspect their roof you will set up the appointment. This is how you get paid so we wanted to make sure that you see exactly how to set the appointments. We will be notified of the appointments and then we will coordinate with a sales guy at the appropriate branch to make sure that the appointment does take place. Make sure to take notes on this video and let us know if you have any questions or concerns! 

Sending Emails

When you make contact with a homeowner and they want you to reach out by email with more information or perhaps you got disconnected you will need to use this function. You can send an email to the homeowner right from call tools and in this video, we will show you exactly how to use the email function and close more appointments

Sending SMS

There will be times that you need to message the homeowner. You can send a text to the homeowner right from the program! This helps you in so many ways it is hard to name them all. The first and most obvious is that sending a text seems very personal. This is not just some random call anymore once you have attached a text. These will not be sent to every person but in the event, you need to send one you will know how to do it. 

Trouble Shooting

Once you get started using the program you will eventually have some kind of issues. It just is not something that can be avoided completely when you are doing this full time. Below you will see a couple of videos showing you how to deal with some of the most common problems that people experience with the program. You can always reference these videos at a later time but we want to give you an idea of how to fix the problem before you ever have one.
