What is Expected
The OPM is on the front line of the company every day. You are the one working with the homeowner and the crew to make sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible. Remember that you represent the company and yourself so it is imperative that you are dressed for the job and are always well-groomed. We will discuss some of this in the basics section.
